Accountability Groups

South Hills Church Community strongly encourages all its members to participate in an Accountability Group. We believe that those following Jesus today need the help and push of other believers to finish well. These groups consist of three men or three women who meet once a week for about an hour for the following purposes:

To share together from their personal daily time with God, what God has been teaching them and challenging them to do.

To answer specific accountability questions that each group determines as appropriate for them. Questions like: “Have you spent adequate time with your spouse and family this week?” “Have you been faithful in all your financial dealings this past week?” “Have you exposed yourself to any sexually explicit material this week?” “Have you just lied to us?”

To pray together for three other people that each person in the group is reaching out to and praying that they would discover faith in Jesus.
